Actually, the indigenous people face challenges as deforestation abd illegal exploration of their lands. Organizations as Brazil Fund support project led by the indigenous people themselves on the protection of their territorial rights and biodiveristy, being essential the civil society support on this fight.

The 160 registered cases until September 2019 involved attack or illegal use of natural resources in 76 different indigenous tribes, 13 between 19 brazilian states. Another important case of indigenous rights violation is the Munduruku Indigenous Land, where is estimated that has already been placed more than 500 mines.
